I got my sketches scanned in and submitted so be sure to check out my scrapbook. I have this HP ScanJet 3970 that is not so great so forgive me. It has this design where the screen is kind of sunk in so when I lay large paper on it it becomes bent or if I lay my pad on top of it it will not fully seat onto the scanner screen. >.

I have been coloring a sketch of mine recently along with other pencil sketches on the side. Having never had any real/natural coloring experience in such a long time I feel a bit overwhelmed in the process of coloring it. The coloring is coming along but still much more to do. Very tedious work for sure. I love this digital pen though. I will be adding some scrapwork sketches in soon for all to see. :)

I have only seen a glimpse of the talent laid out across deviantART and I am simply shocked and awed. So many excellent artists out there. I myself have not drawn for about a decade and hate myself so much for it. Time to get the pencil grinding, mouse translating and my new pen tablet digitizing. The pen tablet is a Wacom Intuos3 6x8. I have never used a pen tablet before so it will be quite a journey for me.
